Somebody
You cannot access the PSN store or HOME from an Indian account coz there is not Indian PSN store as of now. You cannot add friends using an indian psn account. Create a new US/UK/HK id by selecting the country and just googling for some random address in that country. Enter that address and after u create the ID you will be able to add friends and be able to access the respective features. Read through and post in the PS3 queries or PS3 FAQS threads for further doubts instead of creating new threads.

Jigsaw
as an FYI to a noob like me.... Create a new user on the ps3 and then go to playstation network > sign up. Now you can create a us account to access the ps store... downloading kz2 demo.... yayyyy
mannubhai
just a quicker way...create the new user on the playstation website from your laptop or PC and then log in using your PS3 ...saves a lot of time and energy navigating that keyboard ;-)
