IP had a very good story (though they ruined it in the end) but to me there was not much to do in IP gameplay wise. AW on the other hand... But yeah I am looking forward to this one. Too bad though, they scrapped the PC version i know that man.........the graphics was crap on pc for indigo prophecy......though i loved the story.......gameplay wise it was easy and sukd hope this game doesnt have a crappy gameplay like ip. btw ya even i felt they screwed up the end Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

But the people anticipating this game wont overdo it like the PS3 fanboys did for killzone2. Sometimes a game gets hyped soo much that, when u actually play that game, it feels underwhelming. People are curious to know what the first party devs accomplish on the Sony hardware, ex infamous, kz2, uncharted 2, ratchet ( this was not hyped ) demon souls ( again no hype ) killzone 2 singleplayer was very underwhelming as saha said but mp turned out to be pretty good. god of war 3, GT5, Agent etc seem so damn exciting :\ Batman AA was hyped in IVG too. 360 hype machine will start again in 2010, when alan wake, conviction, reach etc cme. Forza 3 is probably almost as good as (if not better) than how GT5 will turn out. ODST was an awesome game. Then again, it's Halo, so for most people it was a no-brainer. It would have got much more hype if it was an exclusive for the other platform. Halo Wars was not everyone's cup of tea. Demon's Souls was hyped. If the difficulty wasn't blown out of proportion by gaming journalists, no one would have even bothered about the game. Considering it's an action RPG. Agree about R&C. It's a niche title. Some people absolutely love it, others don't care. And don't even get me started on PC games. There are so many awesome games that come out for the PC which most people don't even end up hearing about. As for what "the PS3 can do or cannot do". I honestly don't give two shits about that. And it goes for other systems as well. I can play a 10 year old game and still enjoy it more than today's games. Seriously, give me a good game and I'm happy. Don't get me wrong, this isn't a biased comment, it is a fact. bro, i use to see xbox owners hyped up too ...during its best time for example games like bioshock,halo 3 gears of war got lot of hyped on all forums not just here....but i think its cool. they found some exciting thing coming towards them and they got excited too just like how we ps3 owners were for kz2,uc2 ,resistance2 ...many lived up too it and some didnt. True, i felt a bit underwhelmed when i played the KZ2 demo, maybe the demo was just short, but i was a bit confused as to why was the game hyped to the hilt.
