Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2

DAT IDIOT!

Recommended Posts

All I care about is loose ends being tied up with Ayane ( from the very start of the Hayabusa Village till getting the eye of the dragon for Ryu and returning to the footsteps of the Mugen-Tenshin Ninja ) and Momiji ( How she fits in this timeline is debatable , that too fighting alongside Ryu while there was no mention of her name in NG2 or the Black Spider Clan incident , DS takes place 6 months after the original NG and NG2 happens after a year.) ,

Another bag of badass weaponry from the prequel ( im still confused whether the weapon Ryu uses is either The Dark Dragon Blade which was shattered in the original , so this is canonically impossible , so its gotta be either The Unlaboured Flawlessness , The Dabilahro or an entirely new one ) + new moves and varied lvl 1 & 2 ult + at least 3- 4 Co-Op ninpo per pair + more bigger missions ( with the first mission pack included ) + new costumes and hairstyles

and finally to PLEEASE push The Path Of The master Ninja even further.Frankly , Master Ninja in NG2 did not satisfy an NG hardcore's wet dreams as it did in Black ( Not even the original Sigma ).The feel of getting raped badly or raping some elite Shinobi's was replaced by the sheer annoyance of the utter poor framerate dips ( only on The Path of the Master Ninja ) on higher chapters where more than 15 high detailed characters were to be rendered in real-time in one frame and not even installing the game on the X360's hard drive solved this issue for me.To hell with high detail and some uber AA , gimme some rocksteady framerate with a dozen real-time high polygon renders and push the AI to the limit once again.

Only then , " The Fine line between honor and vengeance will be crossed by one "

Fall 09 - Sumbit or Die , once again , Motherf**kers

You have completed it on Master Ninja?

:sign_omg:

I have only completed on Normal (Sigma). Frankly, I did not even bother to try the other difficulty modes once I finished Sigma on normal :nerves:

lol dude i bet you wouldve if there were trophies , I mean seriously NGS can't even be compared to NGB on the pre-gen xbox.

Say for example in Chapter 5 , after gettin through Tairon , past the gate and before entering the monastery , youll be butchered by black spider clan ninja ( around 7 ) + military support ( 3 spawns ) with rocket launchers on Master Ninja of NGB and on NGS the Ninja were cut down to 3-4 and 1 spawn of vigoor military , WTF ?

NG2 however is much more fast paced and balanced by the amount of characters on screen but the framerate dips in master ninja ruin your hardcore experience.

As for difficulty , go ahead and try it out man , NGS is a walk in a park.Start off with hard and very hard.

I had completed the major part of NGB's missions in Master Ninja...but at some point in the game I just didnt seem to advance any further no matter how much I tried. So Stopped trying it after a while lol.

And yea NG2 was easy coz Ryu was a bit overpowered in the game.

But still I think that NG2 lvl of diff. is ok I mean its like u are "almost" at ur breaking point but u complete the chapter before u reach ur breaking point.

In NGB it was shattering the breaking point & going beyond lol..which honestly was a bit too much.

It includes a soundtrack CD, an original accessory set and a special sleeve. Those who pre-order can get a "Starter Set" that includes a Ninja Gaiden guide book.

American collector edition details

Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 GameStop exclusive Collector's Edition

It looks like fancy retailer GameStop has got its claws in yet another exclusive, this time with a collector's edition for Tecmo's Ninja Gaiden 2 Sigma for PlayStatation 3. The $69.99 set will include (via GameStop.com):

80 page book containing three sections

Art section of exclusive and vibrant Ninja Gaiden art

Color comic section that links to NGS2 in game cut scenes and corresponding storyline

Strategy guide section to assist you in advancing through the game

We assume the game will also be included as well. While we haven't seen what the set will look like, it doesn't sound as cool on paper as the "Premium Box" that Japan will be getting. That set will run gamers ¥9,980 ($104) and will include a soundtrack CD, an extremely slick box, and some awesome looking ninja accessories.

Tecmo hasn't officially announced this box yet, but we're sure the big reveal is coming soon. We contacted them a few days ago when the listing (sans description) first appeared on GameStop.com, and they were coy on the matter. We joked at the time that GameStop would probably beat them to the announcement; we thought that one was pretty funny!

I hope japanese version ngs2 supports english coz i am sure many would like to go for japani premium pack, the american is good though for $70.
