I also heard that Max Payne takes 25GB+ hard disk space on the PC. Is that true?

^ 35 GB

:nerves:

Good thing I changed to a new 500gb hard drive on the laptop then. Old 160gb was dying and too full anyways.

Maybe on the lowest settings if it is decent port.

Ah well, better that than not playing it at all I guess :|

I played Battlefield 3 (Single player campaign of course) at 800x600 on this laptop, must show how desperate I am. Arkham City worked fine at 1440x900 though with medium settings.

I watched IGN's video review and it sure looks like a must-play at this point.

Yup I was reading through OT there too, 99:1 people are praising the game.

Hope it delivers as a standalone game, not really gonna expect a true Remedy's Max payne sequel..Now, the wait for June 1st week :(

Note - If We combine ACIII PS3 and XBOX Sale it will beat Halo 4.

Played the game for a few more hours today, and I kinda feel like I have to take back my 'controls are not that good' statement. The aiming issue I was having was mainly only when the 'kill your attacker' bullet time, when it is physically not possible to shoot the enemy.

Although, the checkpoints really suck in the game. For example, in one of the sections, Max has to walk on piers between boats while shooting bad guys. Falling into the water kills you, and you'll have to start all over again. Had to play that stupid section like 5-6 times just coz Max slid into the water

I'm enjoying the game a little more now.
