pArth Posted May 18, 2012 Report Share Posted May 18, 2012 Just finished the game. The Favela levels were amazing. Thats how you do Favela. And why does Max switch to his sidearm after every god damn cutscene, even though theres ammo left. fkin irritating. I think Max Payne 3 has lost a bit of the grittiness of the previous 2 installments. And whats with weapons there were like 5-6 main weapons in the whole game. There was this incredible moment during a final kill cam when I nailed the bad guy hiding behind a car. While I slowed down time and watched him crumple, I kept pumping bullets. One of those hit the windshield of the car, which cracked and then the very next bullet shattered it, all in glorious slo-mo! Also ran into a gun-fight where the got into the Last Man Standing position; some one shot me from the back. Time slowed down as Max whirled around in slow-motion to nail the assailant. As soon as I found who had shot me, I fired, even before the cross-hair had centered on him. The game did not just direct my bullet at that man. I actually ended up firing way to the side. If everyone is dead he will climb back up Yeah, but that doesn't really matter. I'm more likely to fall in the water when I'm diving around on a narrow pier shooting bad guys, than while strolling around looking at dead bodies. I drowned like 5 times during combat.
