Currently all the indian Gamers are crazy behind Gears of War! no Doubt Excellent Game.. vinitwins Posted October 20, 2007 Report Share Posted October 20, 2007 halo3 stats show that only 100k gamers are online during peak hours (down from the 1mn+ that were playing online during launch week) - that proves: a. there is a substantial gaming base that still dont have a XBL GOLD account (launch week had free upgrade to gold to facilitate online play) *OR* b. even halo 3 was just another 'flavor of the week' - gamers flocked to play it, but most drifted away - now only the dedicated fans (and a trickle of newbies) are playing online. Makatak, KDash, Donz, Ronnie, WorryingFilly, the Slmmr2 brother, Invincible82, and others (apologies if I have forgotten to mention you). WE played several rounds of Social Slayer before graduating to Big Team Battles. At first we thought that it wouldn't be possible on our Indian connections because it was taking quite a while to find matches. But I was able to host the battles comfortably without any lag. 16 players running around the Last Resort is an awesome experience. Anyways, had a great time guys. And hope to do it again soon. It was superb fun yesterday, coz in Big Team Battle, it wasnt lagging for me at all, and Vikram with his one liners ( esp that Pan wala ) kept the jolly mood on. Donz was being excellent driver yesterday and our warthog was on rampage...Got running riot in one single drive !!! Damn fun...hope to see you all guys again tonight..!
