Well its like counterstrike actually.... you get a bomb both teams gotta try to plant it on the enemy's base and wait and defend till it detonates so the enemy does not disarm it and you do not die like counterstrike so even if you sit on the bomb it is kool... vinitwins Posted October 22, 2007 Report Share Posted October 22, 2007 was playing a ranked team slayer game & my entire team bailed on me just as the match began; it ended up becoming a 4 vs 1 encounter (their average truskill/rank was 25; i'm a lowly 11) - so i chose to play a game of cat and mouse, final score was 10 vs 5 V ps: the asses left me negative feedback. sigh... K'dash Posted October 23, 2007 Author Report Share Posted October 23, 2007 AHH Dammit!!!...not able to connect to live....theres some DNS server prblem...its not able to connect to it during xbl test connection....while the net is working on my laptop...this is strange... i tried pinging the DNS ip (both primary n secomday) but they are getting timed out..should i call the reliance customer care regarding it? vinitwins Posted October 24, 2007 Report Share Posted October 24, 2007 ^ check this thread: http://www.IndianVideoGamer.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=671 your best bets would be an unlimited 512Kbps package from either tata indicom or airtel (whoever is offering service in that area) - dont expect to get an open nat connection as most isps dont provide real ips/static ips (unless you are willing to pay more), they might have some ports blocked (or packet filters in place), etc - just set your router/ics to port forward all the regular ports that xbl/games use. also your connection should be very good while playing with others from the same geographical region (or those places where your isp has a direct gateway viz. singapore, uk, etc) BUT dont expect lag free gaming every time. Probably on of the biggest turnouts of members and friends since Halo 3 was launched. we were able to play 7-on-7 team battles on a custom Sandtrap map created by Donz. This is why Halo rocks real hard !!! The balance swung one way in the first match, then the other way, and so on back and forth. The matches also included some amazing "come-from-behind" victories (how appropriate is that term for what we inflicted yesterday ). It was amusing to hear Vinit's post match debriefing of his team --> "WHAT JUST HAPPENED ?"
