Angad.
You have the wrong info.. it still works with a workaround.. i use it .. While keeping the PS3proxy running, choose the demo u wanna dlnd.. after the dlnding screen comes, stop it & copy the URL in PS3proxy's log window to ur download manager.. download the whole file.. After that, while running PS3proxy, again go to ur dlnds section on PSN.. Link the URL & ur dlnd on the 3rd window of PS3proxy.. hit the dlnd button on PSN.. & voila, u r done.. Hey, does it work with the latest version (2.6 i think) as well??? What about the demos which have been removed from PSN?? does it work with that too???? Il give it a try!! Also, how do you connect ps3 to ps3proxy and the PC to the internet at the same time??? Do we need 2 lan cards for it (one connected to DSL modem and the other connected to PS3?? I have a laptop as well, so is there a way where i can connect my ps3 to the laptop using 'wireless', and the laptop to the DSL adapter using its ethernet card and wire??? Please help!! YGPM.. with the links.. For connecting the PS3, i use a wired connection assigning it a local IP address via PS3proxy.. Then click on Start ( on the PS3proxy window..) n you are done.. All your PS3 connections are now routed through PS3proxy.. u just need to enable ICS ( Internet connection sharing...).. and yes, i use it in conjunction with my laptop.. all u need is an active internet connection.. This is also very useful in downloading not only demos, but addon content n patches also.. It prevents data corruption & enables faster dlnding... PM me if u r having any problems..
