L33TWiZaRd Posted September 30, 2009 Report Share Posted September 30, 2009 Dribbling and skill moves work really well and jumping over defender 1 and knocking the ball around defender 2 and curling a shot into the top tight corner is delightful. 360 Degrees dribbling is great and one wonders why it took them so long to add it. The Free Kick System in the game has been improved as you all know. Now, you can actually shoot under the Jumping wall of players and score . The difficulty level is nicely balanced. Gone are the days when the cpu player will hold the ball indefinitely taunting you....on world class difficulty. They now pass the ball around, switch attacks and take pot shots at goal for fun. Wing play has also been tweaked and the difference shows. One touch passing works well and the defenders hold better position than before. Intercepting passes and last ditch tackles are well executed and doesn't feel robotic as it did in past FIFA iterations. Goal keeper AI has definitely been improved/added . There are still few problems like keepers charging out on one on one situations. But a few neat little touches have also been added like when the keeper rushes way out of the box all on his own to clear a penetrating pass. There are many changes and additions in Fifa 10 that might read minute on paper but when you the play game it all comes together so well and makes this the best footy game ever........ It takes skill to get tactics right, and there was very little room for cheating there anyways.
