And its on autosave so the moment you forfeit it gets saved to your profile, so you cant forfeit and then decide not to save it. Anyways, Manager Mode is boring. Nemo Posted October 14, 2009 Report Share Posted October 14, 2009 Try this next time. I think it should work. When you're defending, hold R1 + R2 + L2 + X. Its a lot easier than it sounds. Much easier than pulling off a shoryuken. Assuming: R2=sprint R1=modifier L2=jostle and not switch player X=standing tackle The only thing to be mindful of is when to switch players (L1 i assume). The key is to let midfielders do the hardwork of running around and pressuring the oppoision and only switch to defenders when the opponent gets close to goal. If you commit the defenders and make them chase the ball, it will leave open spaces at the back. Make midfielders chase, and for defenders, let the ball come to them. peace I just tried what u typed there but i noticed that in the default controls R1 is UNUSED in the defense controls. Also there is nothing called 'modifier' in the defense control scheme. R1 is listed as to modify shots in offense, but zilch in defense controls. My problem is that when the opposition team gets the ball, they oft get a free run, no matter what my defenders/midfielders are always chasing them up until the point when i make a desperate tackle in the penalty box. No matter which player i select the opposition team always makes good runs before i get the ball from them. Where as when i have the ball the whole 30 (it seems 30) players of the other side press me and i lose it in few seconds same is the case when i play with AI, even in semi pro (though not as much) Some one halp me here... Also, if you create the Gameface on PC, can you edit it in-game?peace - No. Photo gameface can be made only on the PC; so you have to transfer your pics from PS3 to PC. - Yes. HundredProofSam Posted October 14, 2009 Report Share Posted October 14, 2009 What are finesse shots? They are side-footed shots. Easier to place the ball in the corners of the goal with finesse shot. They tend to curl a bit, while regular shots go flat and straight. You don't need it in FIFA as much as you do in PES though, coz here you have the chip shot. Try juggling the ball 5 times in the arena (be at a standing position near the ball, keep L2 pressed and keep tapping R1) with your pro and you will unlock 2 star tricks... They are sad though... Phoenix Wright Posted October 14, 2009 Report Share Posted October 14, 2009 Finished the first BAP season, got an offer from Atletico Madrid and some other clubs but I'd been made Captain at Southampton so I didn't want to leave. Now they want me to get a final average rating of 9 for the second season. BTW, the last game always happens in a super stadium, I was playing Huddersfield and some WC-quality stadium came up. The disappointing thing is, your team-mates don't progress, nor do any signings happen, so if you want to keep your game fresh, you're better off signing for a different club each season.
