You swap the 'keeper with an outfield player before the match, during the game you swap both players with two players on the bench to avoid that notification and swap again but put them in their original position. Because your goalie is coming from an outfield position, your "emergency 'keeper" is covering the net to prevent leaving an open goal once the goalie is back in his area. Sorry for being a killjoy."
