How is the majority of the population expected to have computers with hgih speed internet when they dont have education? Average lower income is just one of the factors of developing countries........ i take it that, you have never heard about the Human development index Theory. there are some members in here who are still in skool, dont want them to get misinformed by wrong information, thts y am clarifying. strategy
This can be expected, while most countries are developing their internet services we are going backwards. The recent fair usage policy ruined any little hope I had left. Just today I saw a brochure for new plans on my reliance wireless connection and a little star at the bottom said subscribers will be charged for usage above 10 GB for unlimited connections. Why don't they just call it Broadband+ 10GB and take off the word "unlimited". Thats the case with airtel as well..........Unlimited 256 (* unlimited means 20 GB)........ I use tata indicom 256 unlimited and atleast their lan is unlimited.............. ( i heard they have stopped giving 256 Kbps connections cause 256 is not "broadband " anymore.......) A.Kap
Vote for Mayawati aka. Behenji and everything will be fine. By the way, I feel that the sad broadband scene can really improve under Behenji's rule. But for that to happen, one of our finest lunatics will have to pretend to act like a Dalit Gamer and upload a decent video on some Hindi variant of Youtube, portraying the FIRANGS kicking a Dalit's a*s in Halo or Gears. "Behenji, lag aawat hai!" Doobz, you up for that?
