@saint soldat

Why should it be against the rules to discuss anything in this forum?? Free speech much? However sensitive the topic. Religous,Social, Political whatever it maybe . Everyone on this forum is educated (gamers ofcourse :hypocrite:) and i dont think they share the sentiments of the common folk . I prefer reading, talking and debating about things which are really happening , rather than pretending they arent.

^^He is 1000 times better than Mon Mohan and Sonia Gandu...

+1

When he was our leader, I was very young but the more I see his videos nowadays, the more I realise what a strong leader he was. I wish we would have someone like him.

^^ He is 10x better than our current pm no doubt. But a strong leader?? i doubt that. Still remember during the kargil war crisis both musharaff and vajpayee were to to a speech to the UN security council or something. Musharaff delivered a strong speech in english where as vajpayee presented a weak speech in hindi (with an audience filled with international leaders... seriously) . Ofcourse ive seen worse , like our sm krishna giving away a 'wrong' speech

Hmm, I guess I am wrong about it. I did not follow politics back then but by looking at his speeches I can't help but think that he was a very strong leader. Perhaps he was only good at speeches :scratchchin:. I do remember how he had failed to handle the IC 814 hijacking issue properly. However, I feel he was atleast much better than Manmohan Singh when it comes to making a stand.

firstly, mush was never a person with apparant authority during the war so he cant be equated with vajpayee at that moment.

secondly, only half wits like you would equate the 'power' of speech with the language its delivered in. it is a bit painful to see mainland europeans, russians, chinese and japanese having no shame, pride infact, while delivering statements in their native language while retards here make no bones in associating hindi with 'weak' and second class.

I'd say it this way:

The speeches delivered on such forums are always written not in-promtu or crammed by the speakers. And translations are available to listeners in the language they want to hear in. So makes no difference if one delivers in English or any other language.

Vajpayee spoke in English at Congress:

I don't know how it is done generally looking the standing ovations and claps, but it feels 'mericans were in awe of him.

i dont support bjp cause of their right wing associates like rss but am not hesitant to admit that vajpayee was one hell of a leader. would most likely vote comgress next year inspite of all these scams mainly because of congress' secular image and because modi wud be fielded by bjp for pm. if they do get someone like vajpayee, however, wont think twice before switching

Asaram says rape victim should have begged, gets flak

Spiritual leader Asaram Bapu was Monday reported as saying that the Delhi gang-rape victim should have called her culprits brothers and recited the Saraswati mantra, provoking both the ruling Congress and the opposition BJP to lash out at the comments as disturbing and condemnable.

Asaram Bapu reportedly said "the victim is as guilty as her rapists" and that she should have "begged" in front of the culprits.

"She should have called the culprits brothers and begged before them to stop. This could have saved her dignity and life. Can one hand clap? I don't think so," CNN-IBN quoted Asaram Bapu as saying in a Jaipur-datelined report.

"Had she recited the Saraswati mantra, she would not have boarded any bus after watching a movie with her boyfriend," he added.

The comment was slammed by India's two main parties, the Congress and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

"Such comments should be condemned as much as possible," Congress leader Sandeep Dikshit said.

He was backed by party colleague Rashid Alvi who said: "Political leaders, including religious leaders, must give serious thought before they speak out."

BJP leader Ravi Shankar Prasad said the comments were "regrettable and deeply disturbing and painful".

"We expect Asaram Bapuji to kindly introspect, reflect and withdraw the statement," Prasad said.

"I am sure he knows in the Hindu chintan (thought), woman of the country have been accorded a place of pride and dignity. Similarly in our constitution also, there is a clear provision of granting a status of equality to a woman and no discrimination. In this case, for him to make a statement in relation to a crime which has shocked the conscience of the country... Sorry, it is not acceptable," he said.

DA FAK IS THIS sh*t again!!!

I guess he was talking about one of the possibilities. If she had no other option left then begging might be a way. She could do anything later but that was not the time to do anything stupid. Although, there is less than 1% chance that these type of talking work.

here u go :- The Rapists routine on Sundays

this ought to remove that less than 1% chance also

accused would habitually drink through Sundays and take out the chartered school bus at night to pick up sex workers, a senior police officer said.

On Sundays, the accused would first take the bus out to ferry passengers, earn extra bucks and buy more liquor. At night, they would pick up roadside sex workers and have sex inside the bus

looking at these two points particular, there was no way they were going to leave her that easily

between hindu godmen giving such 'gems' of conflict diffusion and muslim clerics blaming co-ed schools and not to mention evangelists in us last year declaring pregnancy via rape as 'god's will'; my belief that organised religion is a big sack of bull**** aimed solely at brainwashing all, is getting stronger by the day.
