Sa1nT_SoLd1eR
Every single happening on border areas which are a hot bed for such incidents across the globe is blown up by media out of proportion, and at the same time such a huge diplomatic event is rarely finding mention in the annals of media hcannels (both print & electronic), 9 MoU's were signed, issue of stapled visa was raised, issue of POK was raised, cross border terrorism were all put squarely across the table to chinese counterparts, BIMC was further strengthened, a first of it's kind since the 1950's, but these corporate backed elitist media houses don't care a dime for ethics & values, hell the rot in mainstream media has reached proportion that it even stinks to call it media anymore, they should rename their businesses as political propaganda channels & spare the real media ethics that have epitomized ethics in coverage & reporting since it's inception & to think about the role that was played by print media in India's freedom struggle & to see the rot of it's former self it has become since 1993 is shamefully depressing. http://www.thehindu.com/news/national/india-china-sign-border-cooperation-agreement/article5263941.ece Just a few days ago raising of Kashmir issue by Sharif in US was a 24x7 feature and today when the US President has himself snubbed Pakistan's PM & has taken cognizance of Indian PM's concern & has asked for accountability on part of pakistan in case of 26/11, these media people can't think beyond their political interests. The least they could have done was raise this issue at-least at the same pitch like other anti-national, jingoistic news that they keep spreading ignoring the wider implication that all of this jingoism has on India's strategic interests, at-least for once they could have helped the country by effectively covering the rebuttal Sharif got at US, esp. the observation that was made regarding progress of 26/11 (at an international meet that didn't even involve India in the first place), but NO, they are more busy with their own political agenda, spewing useless debates on how much will the onion prices soar or in discussing useless, highly biased, skewed poll surveys, or more useless BS debates involving baba's like asaram & ramdev. http://www.ndtv.com/article/india/pak-pm-nawaz-sharif-faced-tough-questions-on-26-11-in-us-sources-435968 Backing India's concerns over the slow pace of progress in the 26/11 case in Pakistan, US President Barack Obama on Thursday asked Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif why the trial of Mumbai attackers has not started. "He (Obama) asked, why the trial of the (Mumbai) terrorist attack in India has not started yet," Sharif told reporters immediately after his over two-hour meeting with Obama at the Oval Office of the White House. During the meeting, the US President also raised the issue of Jamaat-ud-Dawa (JuD), cross border terrorism and Dr Shakil Afridi, the Pakistani doctor who helped the CIA track down al-Qaeda chief Osama bin Laden and has been imprisoned, Sharif said. "He (Obama) has raised the issue of (Dr Shakil) Afridi. He spoke about cross-border movement. He also talked about Jamaat-ud-Dawa," the Pakistan Prime Minister said, without giving details. Speaking in chaste Urdu, Sharif told reporters that Pakistan's relationship with India was discussed at length, including Kashmir, but did not give details of what aspect of Kashmir issue he raised nor did he talk about the response from Obama on this issue. http://www.indianexpress.com/news/obama-asks-sharif-why-trial-of-2611-accused-has-not-started/1186643/

Sa1nT_SoLd1eR
NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's displeasure with Pakistani PM Nawaz Sharif's on failing to restore ceasefire on the border followed a blunt message he delivered to Sharif in New York about a month ago when he said, "I have not become prime minister of India to redraw the boundary." The PM's September 29 meeting with Sharif, which took place amid escalating firing on the Line of Control and the international border, began with Singh making no bones about his resolve to protect India's territorial integrity. Source - http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/india/Havent-become-PM-of-India-to-redraw-border-Manmohan-Singh-to-Nawaz-Sharif/articleshow/24717636.cms So .... it took these political propaganda channels (also know as media channels by some) one whole month to bring to light what all was said in NY when the two premier's met, the same people who can get CAG reports accessed even before they are tabled on the floor of the parliament or submitted in the JPC, in some cases even before they have been fully compiled. The same people who are more efficient than the CIA & FBI combined & can find out which 'Muslim' terrorist group was responsible for a terrorist attack within 3 to 4 hours from the incident & then they have the audacity to bark & harp on vote bank politics & sectional appeasement, an observation that even Justice Sachar slammed for being ridiculed in the name of fairness. The same people who can access the extent to which China has crossed the border with their 'inner 6th sense' even without having any proper satellite access to the area and that too, to a pinpoint precision detailing the exact kilometers that were "supposedly" captured. Incidentally, it takes these very people a whole month to report this. Kudos to their infallible ethics & integrity (in the field of propaganda). playstation
China’s South Tibet ambition: Will it cost India Kashmir too? As per this article, China will wage these six wars in the next fifty years to reclaim what the Chinese believe to be national territories lost since Imperial China was defeated by the British in the Opium War of 1840-42. In the Chinese perspective, as per this article, that particular defeat triggered China’s “Hundred Years of Humiliation”. Moreover, the newspaper has also given the approximate time frame when and exactly where China will be fighting these “sure” wars in the next fifty years. By the newspaper’s account, China’s upcoming wars in the next half a century will be these: * The 1st War: Unification of Taiwan (Year 2020 to 2025). * The 2nd War: “Reconquest” of Spratly Islands (Year 2025 to 2030) * The 3rd War: “Reconquest” of Southern Tibet (Year 2035 to 2040) * The 4th War: “Reconquest” of Diaoyu Island [senkaku] and Ryukyu Islands (Year 2040 to 2045) * The 5th War: Unification of Outer Mongolia (Year 2045 to 2050) * The 6th War: Taking back lands lost to Russia (Year 2055 to 2060) The Indians will naturally be most interested in the third war in this list. Therefore, it is worthwhile to reproduce in full what the newspaper says about it. Here it is. The 3rd War: “Reconquest” of Southern Tibet (Year 2035 to 2040) China and India share a long border, but the only sparking point of conflicts between the two countries is only the part of Southern Tibet. China has long been the imaginary enemy of India. The military objective of India is to surpass China. India aims to achieve this by self-development and importing advanced military technologies and weapons from the US, Russia and Europe, chasing closely to China in its economic and military development. In India, the official and media attitude is more friendly (sic.) towards the US, Russia and Europe, and is repellent or even hostile against China. This leads to unresolvable (sic.) conflicts with China. On the other hand, India values itself highly with the aids from the US, Russia and Europe, thinking it can beat China in wars. This is also the reason of long lasting land disputes. Twenty years later, although India will lag behind more compared to China in military power, yet it is still one of the few world powers. If China uses military force to conquer Southern Tibet, it has to bear some losses. In my opinion, the best strategy for China is to incite the disintegration of India. By dividing into several countries, India will have no power to cope with China. Of course, such plan may fail. But China should at least try its best to incite Assam province and once conquered Sikkim to gain independence, in order to weaken the power of India. This is the best strategy. The second best plan is to export advanced weapons to Pakistan, helping Pakistan to conquer Southern Kashmir region in 2035 and to achieve its unification. While India and Pakistan are busy fighting against each other, China should take a Blitz to conquer Southern Tibet, at the time occupied by India. India will not be able to fight a two front war, and is deemed to lose both. China can retake Southern Tibet easily, while Pakistan can control the whole Kashmir. If this plan cannot be adopted, the worst case is direct military action to take back Southern Tibet. playstation
Forced to pee in bag on bus, woman to get Rs 15K payout MUMBAI: A private bus operator has been directed to pay Rs 15,000 compensation to aMalabar Hill family after providing poor service on a Surat-Mumbai sleeper bus in 2011. The complainant alleged that his wife was even forced to urinate in a plastic bag on the bus, after repeated requests for a halt fell on deaf ears. On January 23, 2011, Pradeep Shah, his wife and two children were travelling from Surat to Mumbai on a sleeper bus of Surat-based Five Star King Travels; the four tickets cost a total Rs 1,600. It was an overnight journey and the family was to reach Mumbai Central at 6am. The Shahs alleged that the bus was dirty, the lights on their berths were not functioning properly and the switch, too, was broken. The family said that the window was broken and glass pieces were strewn on their berths. In the complaint filed before the Mumbai Suburban District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum on January 11, 2013, the Shahs said that the journey commenced late and halted at various stops every 15-20 minutes. They said that several passengers got in at these stops and the bus soon got overcrowded. Though the journey was to start at 11.30pm, it actually began only at 1.20am. On noticing holes in the window, Pradeep said he made his way through a bevy of excess passengers sleeping in the aisle and complained to the driver and the attendant. "You find out a temporary solution to the holes. Why do you need light in the night when you are going to sleep anyway? You have got your own berths so it is none of your business to interfere with other passengers sleeping anywhere else," they allegedly told him. Pradeep returned to his berth and stuffed the holes with paper. But when he requested the duo to stop the bus as his wife wanted to use the washroom, they told him that they would only halt at a hotel, which was fixed on their route. She was forced to urinate in a plastic bag; he described the experience his wife underwent as humiliating. Pradeep said that even his three-year-old child wet himself. http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/city/mumbai/Forced-to-pee-in-bag-on-bus-woman-to-get-Rs-15K-payout/articleshow/24717438.cms?intenttarget=no WHat filthy people.. and just Rs 15k fine...wont do....problem with this country is that even if law is passed in your favour you really dont get much....America mein chodd deta sala company and people who treated someone like that. fine would have easily run in hundred or even millions of dollars.... playstation
INS Sindhurakshak: Why India won’t invoke the warranty clause with Russia The second reason for India not invoking the warranty clause is diplomatic and political. True, India ended up spending over a billion dollars on INS Sindhurakshak — first for purchase and then for an expensive mid-life upgrade — it is petty amount when one considers the extremely close political ties between the two sides. Invoking a warranty clause will tantamount to an unfriendly gesture and in any case the Russians are going to contest it tooth and nail. To top it all, all that can happen only when the boat is salvaged and technical and forensic examinations are completed. This has not happened and is unlikely to happen in near future. So why take this cantankerous approach in the first place? This seems to be the Indian thinking. India has been having close defence relations with Russia for over half a century and there is not one single instance when India has sought to put Russia in the dock for Moscow’s perceived sins of omission and commission. The latest case pertains to the Russian aircraft carrier Admiral Gorshkov/INS Vikramaditya which is finally going to handed over to Indian Defence Minister AK Antony in Russia on 16 November. The Russians have missed over a dozen deadlines for delivering Vikramaditya to India. If India wanted it could invoke the penalty clause as per the contract and ask the Russians to pay for being late on delivery. But the Indians never exercised that option, though the price of the aircraft carrier grew manifold as a result of the delays on part of the Russians. Read more at: http://www.firstpost.com/politics/ins-sindhurakshak-why-india-wont-invoke-the-warranty-clause-with-russia-1185111.html?utm_source=ref_article Indians leaders are not paying from their own pocket that is why they will not invoke the penalty cause and they are fools still not over that love relation with russia decades ago...all russia was doing was to keep India under its block it was not doing any favour .... but its hard for us indians emotional fools to get over it.....also no country no matter how close should be allowed to take you for a ride on defence deals. Sa1nT_SoLd1eR
The Supreme Court Monday said that public interest litigation route could not be taken to target and bring down the reputation of any one person and for gaining cheap publicity. The apex court bench of Justice H.L. Dattu and Justice Ranjan Gogoi said this while dismissing as withdrawn a PIL by advocate M.L. Sharma who sought probe in the allocation of land to United Progressive Alliance chairperson Sonia Gandhi's son-in-law Robert Vadra's Skylight Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. by the Haryana government. "You choose one person. On what basis? We will not allow you to destroy the name of a person by using PIL," said Justice Dattu. Merely because they are related to politicians, you cannot call them sinners, the court told Sharma. Permitting Sharma to withdraw the PIL, Justice Dattu said: "You have done a good job. Don't destroy it by your cheap publicity." Source:- http://www.business-standard.com/article/news-ians/won-t-let-pil-be-used-for-cheap-publicity-says-sc-113102800318_1.html About time that abuse of such useful judicial instruments like PIL for political gains was put on halt, this was getting ridiculous and eating away at judicial credibility, there should be a code of conduct or a preliminary clearance so that only PIL's with substance are allowed to be heard, even RTI is being misued by many for seeking frivolous information, in the end all of this just results in clogging the already overburdened system !! Sa1nT_SoLd1eR
OMG after such a long time, such a great political speech, Bihar leaders are awesome orators !! from lalu to Nitish to KC Tyagi, it has produced some very awesome orators !! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Km1DMSi4EHw Not only did he slam Modi to the ground on all his false narratives, he literally gave him a drubbing and then some !!! Gandhi scion does not even have 1% of oratory skill compared to these leaders, this is how a political rebuttal is given to the slanderous campaign that has been going on for almost ages now, spewing hatred & Bullshit in each and every speech of his, it was about time someone taught both feku & pappu how political leaders are supposed to speak. INC has such great orators but all of them have been sidelined by MMS with this merit Bullshit to appease the elitists who want to see MBA's as ministers but they even lack the skills to sway the house let alone masses, Pranab has been made President, the one guy who was left with some oratory & political skills, INC is literally toothless scums at this point. As far as other parties are concerned, less said the better about BJP, all that people like Sushma, Advani & Jaitley do is playing to the gallery of their core votebank alienating everyone else, SP's Mulayam can barely speak without mumbling words, and the shrill & rhetoric of Mayawati is literally a pain to the ears reading line to line from pages & fumbling even in that. Lack of political oration is one of the main reasons why today India is in such an ideological mess, and such a low grade oration is being munched down as hot candy by the masses including the literate ones. I hope the next gen of leaders are more skilled in oration. Sadly BJP instead of accepting their fault for propagating such blasphemous historical misrepresentation of facts that has been going for quite some time now, is rather defending the same on frivolous counter arguments, even historical facts are to be rewritten according to Mr Modi's whims, & then people cry about 'the threat of fascism' & 'personality cult' being a farce. If this is not tell tale signs of approaching fascism then what is? asking crowds to repeat behind him like a parrot such hate filled sentiments like "Badla Logeh", "Chun Chun keh saaf karogeh", was saying 'will you support me in defeating them in elections' so frigging difficult, what bloody bullshit !! worlds next Hitler in the making. Sa1nT_SoLd1eR
Interesting articles on the recent surge of RSS to claim Patel as their own, http://www.thehindu.com/opinion/lead/the-forgotten-promise-of-1949/article5211026.ece (apparently the author of this article was threatened by RSS bots)http://www.thehindu.com/opinion/op-ed/written-constitution-was-indeed-a-precondition/article5237953.ece?ref=relatedNews Intended political targets for all this sudden urge for honoring Patel's legacy -1. Consolidation of the Patel vote bank in Gujarat which did not vote for Modi completely in the recently held state assembly election.2. Ideological displacement to further confuse the masses by making one of RSS's greatest critics one of their own thereby subverting all that was said & done by Patel wrt RSS3. Hitting at the emotional appeal of India's freedom struggle & get political benefits in the upcoming general elections which up-til now has been sole repository of INC.4. Further hitting at the secular credibility of centrist to left parties for having ignored Patel all these years, who no-one can deny was a true secularist & held on to it in actions as well, thereby successfully diverting attention of masses from Sangh parivar's communal face to lack of commitment to the ideal of secularism in centrist to left parties. Also who cares for the poor tribals of the 70 villages around the site whose land is in danger of being acquired withour proper compensation of any sor, they have been protesting this Bullshit of a scam for years now (since 2010), but nope no voice for the poor, apparently Gujarat government has accepted the villagers demands 3 days ago so that protests don't rock Modi's shenanigans being orchestrated for the rest of Indian fools who can fall for this trap, what will happen afterwards to this promise is no secret, track record of Gujarat on going back on it's promises to tribals, dalits, migrants & general poor populations is a long list of affairs. Vikram Tadvi, a protester from Kevadia village, said giving land to the government was not a good idea specially when the state government was yet to properly compensate to farmers in 16 villages that were submerged in water following the construction of the Narmada dam. "Villagers are yet to get right compensation for their loss, and now the government wants more land for development. We do not think we can be rightly compensated for their land. And where will they earn their livelihood once their land is taken away from them?" he asked. Protesting tribals shouted, "jaan denge, jameen nahi (we will give our life, but not our land)", "jameen rotlo aape chhe (we get food from our land)", "amaro gaam, amaro raaj (our village, our rule)," "vikas joiye chhe na ki vinas (we need development and not destruction)", among others, to register their protest against the move of the KADA to acquire land. http://www.indianexpress.com/news/tribals-protest-land-acquisition-for-tourism-near-statue-of-unity/1177640/ First 84 Kosi, then 5 kosi leading upto Muzaffarnagar, now Asthi Kalsh yatra for Bihar, these communal perverts will not stop until they have poisoned the whole country http://indiatoday.intoday.in/story/asthi-kalash-yatra-bihar-bjp-patna-blast-victims-narendra-modi/1/321034.html
