Rajnath meant that for the people who are born with gay tendencies, Carnal sex is not unnatural order of thing and hence article doesnt apply to them. And this is a justificable interpretation of SC judgement. Just other day, a woman complained about sodomy by her husband during her honeymoon. In those cases, 377 shall provide legal protection. playstation Posted December 15, 2013 Report Share Posted December 15, 2013 The problem is that BJP won't be able to gather 272 seats on it's own on any type of political maths It's just not as big a party as Congress & it's allies is nation wide BJP will get more seats then congress(like last time) but the regional parties & now the AAP will get a lot & lot of seats this time & those seats will never be in support of BJP In all likeliness we'll see a similar drama in Lok Sabha as we see in Delhi today In the end Congress or a third front have more chances to remain in power then BJP Congress will give support to a third front rather then BJP It would rather want Muayam to be PM then Modi India is doomed if we dont have Modi as next PM .... Hold you horse...nothing abusive or anything is being said but our army...it is just that there needs to a serious attitude change their...those chinese have now started arresting Indians...there steps everyday getting bolder and bolder....and our army needs to be bit aggressive now..... I read in an artcile that she was paying as low as $3 to a nanny ...which is way beloew average pay there...these things are not right but having said that this is no way to just treat a diplomat .
