Solitaire
So with Paes-Sania, Poonia and Manoj Kumar out of the Olympics, is Devendro the only medal hopeful now? Anyone else?

Solitaire
Vijender Singh. Mary Kom. If Vijender can win the quarter final bout then that's atleast a Bronze. However, Mary Kom is fighting in an unfamiliar weight class (for her) considering she had to bulk up to make it into this new women's boxing contest at the Olympics which has fewer weight divisions. Hope these 2 make it big though. I wish there was some place where the timings for these matches was listed with a focus on Indian participation. There was larger coverage(discussions, panelists etc) for Olympics in primetime channels (CNN IBN, HT, TN, NDTV etc) than for cricket this time around

Lets not start hyping already Yeah, pretty good work beating a bigger opponent. And yes, let's not predict results and jinx it. Devendro has one more step to go until he gets atleast a bronze medal. Meanwhile, that last shooter (Manavjit) is right now waaaaaaaay off the mark for qualification. He's at 22 when only the first 6 can qualify.
