Angelina Jolie lookalike `raped` Romanian taxi driver

An Angelina Jolie lookalike is said to have held a terrified taxi driver at knifepoint and forced him to have sex with her. Nicolae Stan claimed that stunning Luminita Perijoc threatened to kill him unless he agreed to perform another sex act with her. “Later she still stabbed

me,” the Sun quoted Stan as saying.

The married dad-of-three claimed that he finally escaped after barricading himself in a bedroom and desperately calling cops from his mobile phone.

Nicolae’s ordeal started after he dropped off the 30-year-old, who models herself on Tomb Raider star Jolie, at her apartment.

“She asked me to help with her bag but when we were upstairs she got me in to her kitchen and told me she had to have sex,” he said.

“I don’t think she was used to anyone saying no because she flew into a rage when I declined. She took out a knife and forced me to undress,” he said.

The 34-year-old was later taken to hospital with half a dozen knife wounds.

Meanwhile Cops in Tulcea, Romania, are investigating the incident.

An Indian company has launched what it claims is the country's first vagina tightening cream, saying it will make women feel "like a virgin" again.

The company, which is selling the product for around $44USD, says it is about empowering women, but critics say it is doing the opposite.

What do you think?

Is this about the empowerment of women or is it, as some critics argue, a reinforcement of the widely held view in India that pre-marital sex is something to be frowned upon, a taboo which is even seen as sinful by some?

Bruce Willis may sue Apple over iTunes downloads

LONDON: Bruce Willis, who is more usually seen escaping from explosions and battling terrorists to save the world, has now taken to the considerably quieter world of the courtroom in his latest battle.

The 57-year-old actor is said to be considering legal action against Apple over his desire to leave his digital music collection to his daughters.

If he succeeds, he could benefit not just himself and his family but the millions who have purchased songs from Apple's iTunes Store.

Willis has discovered that, like anyone who has bought music online, he does not actually own the tracks but is instead 'borrowing' them under a licence.

Most purchasers do not bother to read the details of the terms and conditions they agree to when buying an album but the small print makes it clear that music bought through iTunes should not be passed on to others by the person originally downloading it.

Since Willis has apparently spent thousands of dollars downloading music on to 'many, many iPods', he is keen to be able to hand it on legitimately to daughters Rumer, Scout and Tallaluh.

While one approach is that he is reportedly considering is to ask his legal team to establish family trusts as the 'holders' of his downloaded music, another option is to support ongoing legal action in five US states to give downloaders more rights to do what they want with their music.

However, the legal actions face immense difficulties thanks to the enormous powers Apple established for itself at the start of the digital music age.

The technology giant can freeze the iTunes accounts of those it believes are passing on music to others and forbids the transfer of songs to MP3 players other than its own iPods.

Similar problems apply to the digital books millions download to electronic reading devices such as Amazon's Kindle.

"Lots of people will be surprised on learning all those tracks and books they have bought over the years don't actually belong to them. It's only natural you would want to pass them on to a loved one," the Daily Mail quoted Solicitor Chris Walton as saying.

"The law will catch up, but ideally Apple and the like will update their policies and work out the best solution for their customers," Walton added.

Free speech?

You are trying to say that people are free to say whatever they want? So people should just go to the court and abuse the sh*t out of the judge or go to a police station and talk crap to the officer?

Free speech "to a limit" buddy. You can't just insult anybody you want or do anything you want.

According to the Freedom Forum Organization, legal systems, and society at large, recognize limits on the freedom of speech, particularly when freedom of speech conflicts with other values or rights. Limitations to freedom of speech may follow the "harm people" or the "offense principle", for example in the case of pornography, religious belief or hate speech.

Are we talking about the legal issue or the moral issue? I have no idea about the limitations of free speech in India. In the US, if this was the case, the West Boro Church should have been banned from protesting long ago.

Legal issue. There are limitations or restrictions to free speech in every country.

And I feel the same. But the Respondents used their Nation's central right and mentioned that they were acting in good faith in these lines,

Let me tell you what this church does: shut up all that talk about infliction of emotional distress. When you're standing there with your young child's body bits and pieces in a coffin you've been dealt some emotional distress by the Lord your God. Now the question is what do you do from there. Do you continue to proudly sin and watch it get worse and worse and worse? Or, do you be thankful that you’re still alive and you still have a chance to repent and obey?

IMO this was utter bullshit. Respondent's behavior/act caused great injury to the petitioner and the Right to Freedom of Speech cannot be used in this case. Some bs voting helped them to win.
