Angad
My brother is shifting to where I live so now I will have two xbox 360s. I was wondering if I could connect the two 360s via local wireless network and play without a live account? I'm talking about games like Left 4 Dead and Gears of War etc. Technical details: One xbox 360 will be directly connected to the wireless router as it will be attached to my PC monitor. The other one will be connected to the internet with a laptop via ICS, Exact setup details here: http://forums.macworld.com/thread/89928 About the notebook internet connection sharing I've had this working for me while playing on xbox live. nitmeh3
I had read on GS i think that you can connect 2 360's via an Ethernet cable. I am looking for that thread and post here the link when i find it.
MarketTantrik
You can. Get a network hub / switch and link up the X360's using their respective network cables into the switch. Set static IPs for each of the consoles within the same range eg: X360 #1 can be 192.168.1.1 X360 #2 can be 192.168.1.2. Same subnet mask 255.255.255.0 That should do the trick. Right
I think you are trying this which may not work. PC-------|---XBOX1 | | Laptop---|---XBOX2 As MT said, you should get a HUB, that would do the trick.
