freshlikemanniebeat Posted April 23, 2009 Report Share Posted April 23, 2009 hi i JUST got bsnl 512kbps speed and cant wait to go on psn, i set it up and then when i test the speed it said failed " the attempt to obtain an ip address timed out" what do i do? i just pressed next, next, next on the setup and i entered my secrety code for my wifi to the WEP key everything else i just put automatic , upnp is enabled proxy server is do not use please help!! freshlikemanniebeat Posted April 24, 2009 Author Report Share Posted April 24, 2009 it was by far the hardest thing i ever had to do to set up psn but after 12 hours of searching online and going to dozens of forums i figured out my problem....i was very close to saying F it and getting a 360 ...it took mins to set that up, and even setting up my laptop to by my router for xbl without forums took 30mins! whats wrong with psn!
