abhi90
my papa had a nokia 6600 .......quite an old phone....... and now he's bought a sony ericsson k660i........ the computer cable for nokia 6600 has been lost...... the only option now visible is that we transfer contacts one at a time manually......and that will take ages (over 250 contacts) so i was thinking if there was a simpler solution.... like erm.....some kind of software that that can bluetooth all the contacts from 6600 to SE k660i........ or any other solution awaiting replies
rAgHaV
get a blank sim card.. copy your contacts from your phone to that sim card and then copy those contacts from the sim card to your new phone.. edit - even a normal sim card will do.. just use those "copy to sim" "copy to phone" options in the phone book.. Dr.Hojay
It's pretty simple - get nokia pic suite - over a bluetooth connection through the software - download all the contacts onto your pc - they'll most probably be in in csv format..and depending on how many contacts it should take a while ... please don't say you don't have a bluetooth dongle - coz if you don't then you'll have to do the sim thing very painfull .. Dr.Hojay
k will try it.... have a bluetooth dongle but when i tried installing it way back it was giving me errors.........do i left it........better try it once again most of the bluetooth dongles you get here are pirated - as in the hardware itself is fake ..so when you try to use the software with it and it connects to the net it detects this and doesnt work. find a program called blue soliel ... and you should be good to go - what kind of dongle is it ? small - blue one with zippys written on it ?
