Hi guys,

Am interested in getting a 320 or 500 gb FreeAgent Go. Can you guys tell me where I can get one at a really good price :scratchchin:

Any suggestions :fever: Thanx a lot in advance :P

Edit: Or should I get a WD ? I was reading threads at TE and many people were saying Seagate drives were crashing quite a lot these days. What say :fear:

if you r not tht much into branded thn i suggest u buy 2.5" hdd with case...u can save a lot on tht !!!! thts jus my opinion...n in case of branded WD anyday !!!!! for 500 gb it will be around 4.5 to 5.5k , but they will be with external power supply n they suck actually.....n the usb powered ones will be expensive..........

Well, I was thinking about that but it would be better if I get a branded one. They look a whole lot shiny :D Completely fell in love with FA Go Blue Color  (pictured above)

And no...not interested in those 3.5" external power supply ones....otherwise I would've gone ahead with this bad boy....

Am gonna do a little bit of more research on these things and will also check out Lamington Road prices of all of them, and then will decide. Dude...you still haven't told me the size and cost and brand of your HDD that's inside that shiny case :)

Edit: I actually am seriously interested in going this way. I know 2.5" lappy hdds are cheap and it's gonna be cheaper for me to get a 500 gb or more for a better price of I just put it in a cheap external case just like you did

Edit II: Checking Iomega website :P
