Kazekage Gaara Posted May 16, 2009 Report Share Posted May 16, 2009 Hi guys, I just bought an Xbox 360 wireless controller for Rs. 1850/- from Musafir Khana today. Just now reached home and when I compare it to the one that I got with my Arcade 360, IT OBVIOUSLY LOOKS FAKE. A pretty good fake at that. The finish of the overall make of the controller and of the words imprinted on the controller, etc., makes it really obvious. I am so GOD DAMN FURIOUS RIGHT NOW WTF!!! Today is Saturday and tomorrow, the shops at Musafir Khana are closed. The good part is I know the guy REALLY WELL and I've helped them out in the past as well. It's either they don't know or they made a fool out of me, but I am sure if I return it back, he'll take it back, so this little thing has calmed me down a little, but DAMN!!! This is to inform all you guys to look out for these. Most of you guys (just like me) must've gotten really happy with the low price we got the controller at, but do check it out. Make a comparison. You'll see what I mean. I'll let you guys know of what happens. Am gonna call him tomorrow and go to his shop on Monday. Lets just pray to God and hope for the best. Am sure you guys are aware of that shop. I spoke to the owner on phone about an hour ago, and he said that it's original. I told him that it obviously looks fake when compared to the original one that I got with the Arcarde. I told him that I'll bring it back tomorrow on Monday as shops today will be closed. The FINISH of the words embedded on the controller like the logo Microsoft, Back, Start, etc., aren't that proper, and the plastic also looks cheap. Well, the green light in the middle of the controller kept on spinning even though the console was on. I guess I was not able to sync the remote with the console properly. I'll do that later tonight. The gap between them. Also, they move left and right when the remote is tilted in a particular direction, aka they are loose. Also check out the Analog sticks. Also zoom in and look at the jagged edges of the "arrows" in the Back and Start buttons. Cheap plastic Original - Check out the Microsoft logo in this one and then check it out in the fake one Fake - Take a look at the Microsoft logo. Anyways, I am returning this piece of sh*t back tomorrow. Will tell him to either refund me or get me one from an original Xbox package.
