Harsahil Posted May 23, 2009 Report Share Posted May 23, 2009 it is actually a force eject. if the disc is stuck you do that and it is suppose to eject the disk. its not made to clean your ps3. i sent sony an email and thats what they said. they do not recommend doing that unless the disk is stuck. But at the time I was under the impression that it was useful for cleaning up the dust in the PS3. That may or may not be true, so if you haven't tried it out, DON'T. Why bother with the risk?
