1st & 3rd are from MP, while 2nd & 4th one are from old build of MGS4.

Compare this to the Rising image in 2nd & 4th...which are from the CG section of the Rising Trailer. (starting sequence)

So yea...not really a fair comparison.

Wasn't the cutscene at the start of the E3 video CG rendered?

Yep it was offline render cause it was very high quality for real time...but at the same time it wasn't as high quality as other CG sequences in say a game like FF13, so my conclusion is CG with high quality engine assets.

No matter how much of a "tough guy" pose he may strike he still looks like a pissed off chick. And not even a manly shemale chick like Megan Fox or that Pussy cat dolls singer but like a really effeminate chick.

:good:

But but, the trailer made it look like a Spin-off. :'(

/Sarcasm.

You took that line out of context.

He's saying it isn't just a spin off...he wants to say its another franchise spawned off a spin off :giggle:

And did Matsuyama tell you this telepathically?

I donno if you were serious, but I wouldn't call this a spin off just as yet. You are partially right in what he meant with the statement (which is quite obvious as it is, without the need to explain in better words) except for the Spin off part. Because there's hardly anything that proves things either way. So let's wait for some more info before passing judgments and trying putting our brains into finding inconspicuous messages in these statements.

KojiPro Confirms MGS Rising 'Still a Stealth Game

In the latest edition of the Kojima Productions podcast, the hosts have confirmed that Metal Gear Solid Rising is still a stealth title despite the focus on cutting in the E3 2010 trailer. In the first few minutes of the latest podcast, Kojima Productions had this to say:

"It's not your typical Metal Gear, where you have this arsenal of guns, it's a completely different potion now," said the host Sean Eyestone.

He continued, "One thing we do want to emphasize though, is we're not forgetting stealth...We wanted to show the new Zandatsu (cutting) system, but that doesn't mean we're going to abandon stealth, but it'll be faster paced stealth."

Kojima Productions also once again confirmed that this title is called Metal Gear SOLID Rising, because Solid refers to the fact that the game is 3D and not because Solid Snake is the protagonist.
