Game Informer has posted the leaked Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance trailer found on NeoGaf. (Yes, that's a new subtitle.) In it, Raiden cuts the hell out of everything in his path, but the biggest news comes at the very end when it's revealed that the game's being produced by Kojima Productions but developed by Platinum Games, the folks behind Vanquish and Bayonetta. The way he can just cut through anything No it doesnt. the actual combat portions looked slow & sluggish unlike other platinum games. it resembled a VS fighting game than a hack and slash from the footage we got. and to add, the game doesnt even have a director (no kamiya), is a direct sequel to MGS4 plotline and is most likely the mess platinum games are clearing up after kojima's intern team wasted 2 years on it. The earlier timeline, where it was set after MGS2 and before MGS4 was much more interesting...
