The only thing diff is his berret which does not have the "fox hound" emblem. It looks like a skull. Somewhere in MGS big boss becomes a rouge agent and starts his own unit. Which, if set, in the same time-frame, it would mean that the Big Boss picture could actually be Akiba. Hope they dont ruin the game by doing something like that  However, it could also be Olga, Sunny's mom, so it can be set back in time as well, then. We havent heard too much about Olga in the series.
