Tyler
It's actually easy... here's how I did it - Have Kaim, Seth, Mack, Tolten and Sed in the party - Assemble a Lvl 3 Poison Ring and equip it on Seth - Have Seth attack and poison the dog in the first turn itself (even a Good rating will poison the dog) - Have everyone else attack the Ring User and do as he says (don't worry too much if you mess up) - Once poisoned, the dog dies in 4 turns! - The Ring User gives up after you follow his commands for a few times and you win the battle! - Just make sure the dog is dead before you fulfill his requests! Tyler
^^ There's no point in leveling up for that fight. The dog can kill you in one blow no matter what level you're at. Like I said, poison the dog in the first turn and just follow his orders, getting Perfect when asks is kinda difficult but Good and Bad are always easy. The poison will kill the dog in exactly 4 turns. Also, if you miss too many of his requests, he gets mad and starts doing really nasty attacks (like Annihilation) and then it's basically over. So there's actually no way to beat the fight without doing what he asks.
reaper
^ damn!!! i get a good when he asks for a perfect and a perfect when he asks for a good i managed to kill the damn dog .... its the master ring user thats bothering me .... the damn dude keeps casting Healus and coverus on himself everythime i do damage to him!!! Tyler
^^ If you get most of his requests right then he doesn't cast those spells. The idea is not to bring his HP down, but to do what he says. After some time he gives up. You don't actually need to kill him.

Tyler
Finally mastered the Backyard Super Heavy class last night! The Manny Fever fight took me forever... it's not a difficult fight but getting 3 stars is a matter of luck. Now getting my a*s kicked by The Immortal . I think I need to level up more and learn a few more skills to make it easier... ToE, here I come again...

Tyler
Just finished the game... oh man!! what a journey! The ending cutscenes were incredible and not to mention very emotional! 77:55 hours clocked in! This has to be the longest 360 game I've played so far. My immortals were at lvl 71-73 by the time the game ended making the final couple of dungeon and bosses pretty much a joke. For those who are playing it now. Take your time, go slow, do all the side quests you can and try to find all the items / spells / accessories. It adds a lot to the game and not to mention makes your party pretty much invincible! There is really no replay value to the game so try to make the most out of one playthrough. The game as it is is fairly long so you'll get your money's worth anyway. Tyler
LO might not have much replayability but for me it's a keeper. I can see myself playing this game again in 6-8 months or a year...

The ending cutscenes were incredible and not to mention very emotional! the final boss fight was easy .... wasnt it ... when compared to the hidden bosses .... and the ending cutscenes ran on and on and on ..... Yeah, like the ending of LOTR... but then again, I wouldn't have expected anything less from a game spanning 4 discs and over 70 hours of gameplay! finally u finished it .... Haha, actually I would have easily put in a few more hours if I kept treasure hunting and trying to finish the Backyard. But I just decided to finish it in favor of my game backlog and new games. Bulovski
Arghhhhh Damn Gurgaon electricity and JRPG save points. I just lost one hour of gameplay because couldn't find a save point between cutscenes. Kaim's daughters funeral . But I love the cutscenes and the music. Tyler
^^ That sucks. And that part is a pretty long stretch without any save points and 10 minute long cutscenes... luckily you can always skip them the next time.
