A great community is something that every gaming company strives for. We also know how much our PC gamers love dedicated servers, and we’re pleased to announce that Crysis 2 will support them! there's a list of server providers here - http://www.ea.com/crysis-2/blog/dedicated-servers and it includes fragnetics and even bsn gaming (which means there will be local indian servers for crysis 2 mp). now the question is whether people will buy the game or just pirate it anyway. The development budget for Crysis 2 was much higher than that of Crysis' and it was reassured that, with the power of CryEngine 3, Crytek will again push the PC graphics envelope forward. Despite the extra power, many of today's multiplatform games don't get other benefits from running them on the PC than higher framerates, resolutions and image quality settings. With that in mind, Cevat's statement that the PC version is a full-blown PC game, with all the graphical 'bells and whistles', is good news for the PC gamers out there craving for maximum-graphics. spindoctor Posted February 11, 2011 Report Share Posted February 11, 2011 one has to wonder why they haven't shown the pc version yet. i mean, i can understand focusing on the consoles to show that the cryengine 3 technology does work fine on the consoles too, but surely showing off the pc version is akin to putting their best foot forward? are we in for some nasty surprises with the pc version, and perhaps that's why they're keeping it hidden?
