Ne0
Appreciate all the inputs given so far guys, so I just did a price check on Amazon with the above-mentioned configs : 1. Coming to 73k without a cabinet 2. Changing the mobo to ASrock, its looking even more expensive (~ Rs. 18k compared to 15200 as shown above for MSI) . https://www.amazon.in/ASRock-ATX-Motherboard-B450-PRO4/dp/B07FVYKJHR/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=Asrock+B450+Pro4+ATX&qid=1598451561&sr=8-1 Do let me know if the prices are jacked up or this was the regular price for these components. If the prices are jacked up, would rather wait for 6 more months to build the PC. Edited August 26, 2020 by Ne0

Prices should be normalised in 6 months with next generation product releases and hopefully corona issue
dylanjosh
OK so Amazon overcharges by a lot. You should look at : PrimeABGB, MDComputers, Vedant Computers some cheaper components if you dont mind waiting ~1 week for delivery Gigabyte 1660 Super - 20.5k https://www.primeabgb.com/online-price-reviews-india/gigabyte-geforce-gtx-1660-super-oc-6g-gaming-graphic-card-gv-n166soc-6gd/ Ryzen 5 3600 - 17k https://www.primeabgb.com/online-price-reviews-india/amd-ryzen-5-3600-3rd-gen-desktop-processor/ Cooler Master MWE Bronze 550W PSU - 4.7k https://www.vedantcomputers.com/cooler-master-mwe-550-bronze-v2-80-plus-bronze-certified-power-supply you're also paying A LOT for the motherboard, but seems to be a shortage now Here's a Gigabyte Gaming X motherboard - 9k https://mdcomputers.in/gigabyte-b450-gaming-x.html?search=b450&category_id=0 Total: 58k (including RAM that you chose) Here's a combo offer of the MSI B450 MAX + Ryzen 3600 - 30k https://www.vedantcomputers.com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=3038 tagging @harjas Edited August 26, 2020 by dylanjosh

They are not exactly just websites Basically all 3 are big computer parts shops in their cities, Primeabgb is of Mumbai and Vedant, MDComputers are of Kolkata If you are in/around Banglore or Chennai there IT Depot also https://www.theitdepot.com/ I bought my Motherboard and gtx 970 from prime back in 2015, and then my gtx 1660 super from them again in November last year, no issues, altough it may take 3 days to dispatch and a 3-4 days to reach you. This is what I bought for myself few months ago https://www.primeabgb.com/online-price-reviews-india/cooler-master-mwe-gold-650w-smps-mpy-6501-afaag-uk/ Out of stock now. Go for CX or TX Corsair models. They are also good.

i_rock098
Yeah the grey CX are supposed to be good. Though my old CX blew up with a explosion so i really do not trust CWT. I would personally suggest a Seasonic build PSU. Seasonic are god tier when it comes to making PSU. joken732a
Looks for possible windows update which might have caused this issue? I faced similar issue back 2 years ago. 2 things you can try : - 1)Run malwarebytes its free version is enough and scan for possible miners. Miners may be choking it. 2) Your HDD/SDD is dying - I used to face similar 100% CPU usage but changing the HDD/SDD fixed it.

Walker
If indeed it is one of the drives causing the issue. Disconnect all drives except for the OS drive and check the usage. If it is the same it eliminates all other drives as the issue or if its not the same go to step 4 Disconnect the OS drive and fresh install on another drive and check usage. Add each drive one at a time and check usage after each drive is connected.
