Vip3r
Hello, have my eyes on the 1070 series as it will launch in some time. However, not sure if the founders edition will be worth it actually. So far no details on why the cost is a 100$ more. I suppose in India it will be even higher.
ALPHA17
^ No advantage getting the Founder's Edition card. Just wait for a month or two to pass from launch and the prices to stabilise. Is anyone online.? Put your requirements and we will try to help you. Edited May 12, 2016 by ALPHA17
Ethan_Hunt
Planning to retire my almost 10 year old Logitech keyboard and possibly will do the same for MX518 too. Could someone please recommend a good gaming mouse and keyboard combo? Price range upto 2.5k. Is wireless worth it?

If your MX518 is under warranty and has some issues, go get it fixed because MX518 is a hell of a mouse. Also, Logitech service center is really good. They upgraded my G400 to G400s because of some cable issue. If the mouse issue gets fixed, maybe look into TVS GOLD Mechanical Keyboard for 1.8-2k. ALPHA17
Price range upto 2.5k. Is wireless worth it? Wireless is worth only if you manage to deal with the lag that it induces and for the cheaper combos it gets worse the further away you put the receiver from the peripheral. For mouse, depends on your grip style and what games you play mostly. I would suggest a LOGITECH G402 if you want something that is directly descended from the MX518 school of design, alternately you can look up something like the SteelSeries Rival 100. Always try to get a demo of the mouse (go to a real shop), unless you are ready to return back. Bought one for my CCTV, found out too late.

I intend to follow a friend's advice and get one of these... Although might just get one locally coz online prices seem to be exorbitant. What do you guys think? Seems like a perfect cleaning tool for blowing all that dirt away every 10 days or so

Kazekage Gaara
From here - http://www.amazon.in/Skil-8600-Air-Blower/dp/B00I9IBE7S It was 2K something when I purchased it. Yeah, I have my eyes on that. It was 1.6k, then went up to 1.7k, and now it's back again at 1.6k. Am thinking I should be able to get it cheaper locally since it's a heavy product and they've put the price accordingly coz it'll cost a bomb to ship that thing. But that's just speculation. Am not getting enough free time to check out the local hardware market here.
