PS: Also, regarding UPS, I've a Exide UPS + battery (i think over 1kva) for my home, is it good enought for the PC as well ? I see my TV sometimes reboots when power goes off, can't afford that to happen with my desktop. Yes it will, cpu mobo ram combos last 5 years before showing their age. I have a Sukam home ups (850va) and use two APC UPS for both my PCs (one ups per PC) because of a similar issue with the TV rebooting. So it's mains to home ups to dedicated UPS. Somewhat like a double failsafe. So even if the home one has a delay the APCs negate it since they kick in first. Been running this setup for a good 5 years now. Also, I see that this mobo -> MSI B450 Tomahawk MAX Gaming Motherboard, doesn't support wifi , don't see it in the description . Can you recommend something with wifi support ? I think it's the B450 Aorus Pro that has wifi. Ne0 Posted August 25, 2020 Report Share Posted August 25, 2020 (edited) thanks, but looks like this asrock mobo doesn't support wifi either ! wifi is kinda like a must have for me , as my router is in the living room and can't really get the ethernet cable all the way to my study :-/ Apart form the one : Aorus range from Gigabyte, anything else that comes with wifi support ? Most people don't use wifi on desktop, just wired. Most PC users don't bother with wi-fi on motherboard as most are connected directly. Kinda weird to run PC on wifi. That said you can always buy a wifi adapter.
