Not sure where are you getting this from. But sure, check DLSS quality setting at 1080p/1440p. You ou can put settings to ultra and still get 60 fps+. Consoles likely don't use ultra. -

to add to that How many games where SeriesS/X loads faster?! How many games have better Fidelity?! How many games have better VRR?!? How many gamers have a problem with the “Slow third party SSDs”?! How many units have SeriesS has sold to be considered a real rival?! How many games apart from Starfield come even close to be considered rival?!
