Update: Game4u has updated its website with prices for the three games, and they are as follows:
- Saints Row IV – Rs 3,299 (PS3, Xbox 360), Rs 999 (PC)
- Metro: Last Light – Rs 2,999 (PS3, Xbox 360), Rs 999 (PC)
- Killer is Dead – Rs 2,999 (PS3, Xbox 360)
Original story: After many years without a distributor in India, publisher Deep Silver has now tied up with Milestone Interactive to release its games here.
Deep Silver is the publisher of games such as Dead Island, Saints Row IV, Metro: Last Light and Killer is Dead.
Milestone will begin releasing Deep Silver’s games from October, starting with Saints Row IV, Metro: Last Light and Killer is Dead. While Killer is Dead is a PS3 and Xbox 360 title only, Saints Row IV and Metro: Last Light will release on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
Deep Silver’s parent company Koch Media was one of the big spenders when THQ’s franchises went under the hammer, paying $22.3 million for Saints Row developer Volition and the Metro franchise.
Milestone will also release other Deep Silver games – back catalogue we assume – in the future. We’ve contacted the distributor for pricing details for the three games it will release next month.
