I went to buy a 12 month subscription card and after doing everything i got this email.

What does that mean? And what do i do now?

They need to verify that the delivery address and the credit card billing address are the same.

 

What delivery address? They send the code directly to your email id. Don't think that is the problem here.

Not, as they said you haven't been charged. Those guys have been working with all this for a while, I have bought psn and itunes cards from them and had no problem. Also it was quick.

Okay i sent them an email asking them WTF is up. But i guess its gonna take them a while to reply. I guess there's nothing I can do now but wait, right?

 

I once had a problem with not receiving the code and they gave it directly when I sent them a mail. The reply was rather quick too, so it should be fine.
