I have been using Railwire for 4 years now. There is no other reliable provider in my locality so had to go with them. I have asked for gaming IP in 2018 for online multiplayer and been using NAT Type 2 connection since then. Recently my LCO provided a new account to use since then my NAT Type has been changed to 3. I have requested the customer care to provide a new gaming IP and they have changed my IP to static again 3 times but still getting NAT Type 3. They asking me to buy private static IP for 2500rs per year which I can't afford. There was no problem until this year March with free gaming IP but after my account change issue came. Can anyone confirm who still uses free gaming IP with railwire. If possible, Can you also share your railwire ID to provide as references to customer support? I would really appreciate your help on this issue. I am new here. Apologies for any mistakes.
Hi Guys, So basically I have 2 internet connections. BSNL and DEN. I definitely find den much better to use and it also provides me with 100 Mbps up and down as compared to BSNL which gives 100 Mbps down but only 10 Mbps UP. Anyway getting to the point these are the only 2 options I have where I live. My problem is with BSNL I cannot find Overwatch games on XBOX and it's always connecting me to Asian Servers, which is not a problem with DEN because very easy for me to find games and it automatically connects me to European servers. Problem is that DEN has CGNAT which I can't get rid of. I would've used BSNL but I can't find games on XBOX unless I use a VPN. I would like to stick to DEN but I need a Public IP. Is there any workaround for CGNAT? Or is getting a STATIC IP from DEN gonna to solve my problem. I also don't mind BSNL but it's always routing me to Asian servers which are always empty for XBOX games (anyone knows why or if I can get this fixed). Any help is appreciated. Thank you, GUYS
