The difference is reduced a lot these days unless you have sources to procure US wallet codes or US CC/DC, you are better off having an Indian PS account.

It's still early for this one though. Will give this a proper shot (say 15-20 hours).
It's not that bad, just focus on main story and don't do side missions except the mandatory ones and you will like it. FF XV Complete Edition was my first FF game and I loved it. Don't forget to try the DLCs too.
If you are not like me who doesn't play a lot of jrpg games, it will take some time for you to get adjusted to this game but eventually you will like it.

Not in my opinion. 600 extra for 25 extra races and few other cars is too much. Season pass will be worth getting when the next Dirt is announced. Anyway to each his own. I completed on game pass. Since EA took over Codemasters, I guess this is as low as it gets for a while

Yes it feels like forever since it was first announced, I remember WWE barely went HD then. It is also like The Rock multiple times showing his interest in becoming POTUS. If IVG stays alive a decade from now, I am sure it will be, we might actually see Rock's wish getting fulfilled. It will be fun then.
