Discovery Tour: Ancient Greece coming to Assassin’s Creed Odyssey

It will also be available independently on PC via UPlay

Ubisoft has announced today that Assassin’s Creed Odyssey owners are getting a free downloadable educational tool – Discovery Tour: Ancient Greece. This will allow anyone to explore and interact with the history and culture of the Ancient Greek world. The tool is also available independently on PC via Uplay.

Similar to the Discovery Tour mode in Assassin’s Creed Origins, which gave you a historic tour of ancient Egypt, Discovery Tour: Ancient Greece will have players taking guided tours or freely roam around the open world of Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, without any conflict or gameplay constraints. Visitors will travel through 29 regions in over 300 stations with tours featuring five different themes, philosophy, famous cities, daily life, war and myths. It rewards players with 35 unique avatars and 15 mounts that become accessible by progressing through objectives.

Based on the dialogue choice system introduced in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, Discovery Tour: Ancient Greece will test each visitor with a quiz at the end of each tour.

Discovery Tour: Ancient Greece is set to release on September 10.
