We have set up a Ranked Server for those who can't play on foreign ranked servers because of high ping or for those who don't want to play on Promod for using different guns and perks. The server remain online everyday from 10:30 to 5:30 night time. You have to follow this guide for playing on this server: Download Hamachi. Click on Network, then "Join an existing network" and enter the following details:Network ID: codindia5Password: 123456 or Network ID: codindia6Password: 123456 Install COD4 1.6 and then 1.7 Updates. Launch game and click on "Join Game". Click on "Source" for changing it to "Favorites". Click on "New Favorite" Add this IP addess: 5.234.8.114 A new entry named "[XNK] COD4 Ranked" will appear there. Double click on it and start playing the game. Don't copy this thread. Why not a normal server where you will get the same ping and only people with legit copies will be able to play? keith_j_snyder2 Posted October 19, 2009 Report Share Posted October 19, 2009 Well i 've been playing CoD4 on this server for past 2 days & i gotta say that i really enjoyed playing on it. So far i 've found only 2 working dedicated servers which gives lower ping but they are promod. Besides, they are always seems to be full & most of the time, they are equipped with password. So very few times i get to play on these servers. I don't care if Hamachi is legal or illegal, i own an original copy of the game & i don't care if the other person got original or pirated version, i still gets to shoot/shot without lag.
