Bundles announced to compensate for Xbox 360 price hike

A couple of days ago, we reported that Microsoft had increased the price of the Xbox 360 in India. We’ve got word today that in order to compensate for this price hike, Microsoft is bundling free games with each SKU.

Here’s a list of games being bundled with each Xbox 360 model in India effective immediately:

• Xbox 360 4 GB – Halo 3
• Xbox 360 250 GB – Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit, Street Fighter IV
• Xbox 360 250 GB Kinect Bundle – Kinect Sports, Halo 3, Gunstringer
• Xbox 360 4 GB Kinect Bundle – Kinect Sports, Forza 4, 3-month Xbox Live Gold subscription

This promo will be available at retailers all over the country from August to September 2012.
