SchizoidFreud Posted January 16, 2008 Report Share Posted January 16, 2008 Ok, so I have a US gamertag and it has been suspended becuase my credit card expired, now when i try to select to add a new card, it goes to the account management page then it, for some reason, comes back to the dashboard. It shows two options 1.Update Profile 2.Cancel When i click update profile, it takes me to the account management screen, then for some weird reason, it takes me back to the dashboard. So it means your gold thing has not expired or else your gt would be displayed in silver. The fact that you are saying your account has suspended - well I don't think it can be good news BlindFire once said that his a/c had also been suspended and so he made a new gt. If i could log in right now, my GT would be silver. BlindFire once said that his a/c had also been suspended and so he made a new gt. I hope nothing like that has happened to your gt though. arjun Posted January 17, 2008 Report Share Posted January 17, 2008 ^^ imo ur account has been suspended for 1 of the following - they know its a out of region GT (highly doubt) - or wen u say ur CC has expired do u mean u lost the CC and had it cancelled? or its reached its expiry date ... if its the latter then i think once u talk to ur cc company and they send u a new card and reactivate ur CC then ul be good to go .... I mean that my CC has expired...it got over in December 2007 but my subs continued till Jan,2008 cuz I had a 3 month subs. I have another card which I want to use but when i try to update my profile, it just doesnt let me. Everytime I click on the update profile option, it goes to the account management screen and then for some fked reason, takes me back to the dashboard. Please provide the correct information for your payment method. why does it keep showing this even if all my details are correct? btw what do i write in the "desciption" of the card field?
