We’ve just learnt from MCV India that India will be getting prepaid Steam cards real soon.
This works out real well for people who do not own a Debit or a Credit card. They can then purchase one of these prepaid cards and top of their Steam wallet with the necessary funds.
Steam cards will be brought to India via Cybergames India, a company that is currently in talks with Valve. We’re not really sure when these cards will arrive, and in what denomination, but according to Cybergames India, it should be “very soon”.
