  1. Just like GT7, Days Gone, No Mans Sky, H:FW? Every single game that launches has bugs and needs day 0-5 patches regardless of publisher/developer. All you ponies seem to have selective memories. So basically all your AAA blockbusters that have now launched on PC are not Sony's win anymore? This is most baseless argument I have seen, even from you. Well, it is still a 15-20% increase from previous gen. I guess only people who actually buy and play current gen games will be affected, so you wouldn't know the impact. Just because other publishers are being scummy, its ok for Sony to imitate them?? They have already fallen from grace with their "generations" comment, then back tracking and releasing cross-gen. Abhorrent MTX with GT7, their 'free next-gen' upgrade debacle. They have also explicitly mentioned they will give more focus towards 'live service' games, which is never a good sign. You might be OK with Sony trying to emulate scummy publisher, I'm not, especially since it directly affects me as a PS5 owner. By your own admission you have 'quit' online gaming, making your gaming experience over at least the last 2-3 years where a lot of online focused games (NiOH, Death Stranding, Demon Souls etc), so your experience and related opinions are already based on a sub-par usage (not counting 0 usage on current gen) So you don't have any skin in the subscription game. And if you think majority of players globally are using the backdoor for GPU, you are being delusional. No company, how much ever rich they might be, would not be able to sustain it. As for the other point, with the GPU price now reduced, its perfectly economical for Indians to go with full price subscriptions. And as it stands, it is still infinitely more value for money with guaranteed day-1 for 1st party games. Most of the PS5 owners here have bought Returnal & Miles Morales making these offerings. Specifically talking about our forum, we have enthusiasts who know what to buy and they usually do it day 1 or within the 1st month of release. So the PS+ tiers are pretty much useless to most of us. And Sony is willy nilly banning game sharing, what's to stop them from doing the same when you share PS+ subscription? Xbox GPU has a family sharing functionality. Its not backdoor sharing. Instead of appreciating the accessibility that MS is facilitating, we have ponies speculating sustainability and profit margins - since most of us don't own major stakes in MS, we take advantage and expliot all loopholes to get the most for our money. You keep crying floods when you don't have access to current gen consoles, I don't think you have a leg to stand on if others are speculating about inaccessible subscriptions.
  2. Etymology and phonetics are big words? And how about we also 'automatically' add an 'n' before the first 'd' - I know, a cheapshot, but couldn't resist
  3. I know man, this thread is life saver when works slow. Pehle apni soch change kar
  4. Kya hua soap bhai, bura maan gaye? Horizon ke pop-ins se frustrate ho rahe ho toh mat khelo itna
  5. Everytime you post its only that red pichkari of paan, nothing else
  6. I don't really pay attention to your post tbh. The point still remains that live service games will have a dip based on content, Destiny at launch was no different. Counter point nahi mila toh as usual deflecting with playground insults.
  7. Destiny is a live service game, doesn't matter which expansion/DLC you are talking about, same game with newer visuals, part of their live service plan. And for that matter, Destiny also had its challenges and dips in playerbase (House of wolves comes to mind) I mean you already had 0 credibility on current gen topics, now we can also add online components to list you have no clue about
  8. Did you play this game? Or this is again something you've pulled out of thin air? Because when Bungie/Acti brought in scummy MTX and grinding mechanics, there was a mass exodus from Destiny which they manage to recover it with the gambit expansion, which was quite fun. Live service games have dips when the content dries up - since these games are content driven. Bungie had promised a lot of things which they didn't deliver on and players went on haitus, after outcry, they course corrected. No Mans Sky is another example of this as well, right now, the game is thriving, but the game dropped off everyone's radar for many months before good content came and players jumped back on. Very curious to see you call it a 'revolution' now that $ony owns it while previously you condemned live service games
  9. The pronunciation of a word is based on etymology and phonetics, not its meaning - but I wouldn't expect someone who can't use even a comma correctly know this
  10. Not surprised based on your grasp of the English language
  11. This exchange looks like you propositioning and getting rejected #nomeansno #metoo
  12. Why not go on YouTube and search for clips of the tourney? I don't think sending clips to some random pony is top on anyone's list here
  13. You talking about English I mean the above sentence itself is grammar gymnastics And just to be pedantic, a dogfight also means a fight between dogs, bringing a knife to which makes more sense, rather than aerial combat. So my comment stands and you have yet again put your foot in your very big mouth.
  14. Bringing a knife to a dogfight is bad? I would have thought it would give you an immense advantage? About this, well, every single of your comment on the PS5/XSX/GPU are based on no experience, and based on your logic don't matter? But regardless, a controller (even if used casually - 4-5hrs per week) for 5 years, in playing games like Fifa, CS:GO, Valorant etc on PC, and is currently used for button mashing platformers without any issues, is a testament to its build quality. On the contrary, ponies have been blindly prostrating themselves and defending many of $ony's scummy cash grabs this gen. I always stick to what ever console gives best value. The Xbox Elite series 1 controllers were shite, with very poor build quality and its unforgivable that such a product was launched.
  15. I think this is smart, get a bigger piece of the Fortnite and UE pie.
  16. Please pick up a next gen console first before commenting on subjects you have 0 experience with. And use google/youtube to watch players using controllers on said games before putting your foot in the mouth any further. Also, please don't deflect from that fact that I'm using a 5+ year old controller on my Xbox which working perfectly fine, where as my PS5 dualsense already has a tear in the rubber grip and has phantom presses on the d-pad. And finally - https://screenrant.com/ps5-controller-drift-lawsuit/
  17. Just because you can't play FPS games with a controller, doesn't mean there are people who don't. Whats with this gatekeeping on what mode of input is used to play games???? Talk about grasping at straws. At least I am talking from experience with both consoles and controllers, unlike your vicarious 'analysis' based on 2nd and 3rd hand experiences. And since you don't have 1st hand experience with these controllers, let me enlighten you, controllers have a slight aim assist advantage over m+k, which is why a lot of PC gamers use controllers. I play all games on controllers regardless of platform because I'm comfortable with it and have been using them for decades The controller is still 5+ years old, even with casual gaming, that kind of longevity is something that none of the Paystation controllers have achieved with my usage. So your argument, as always, is moot
  18. I am using my friends Xbox One X controller who is a PC gamer and used it to play Fifa, CS:GO, Valorant etc. It is 5+ years old and is working perfectly, currently being used for 2 player games and by the Mrs to play Hades, Ori etc, which are heavy on button mashing. Please do not use your convoluted logic and delusions to defend poor build quality and scummy $ony practices. The rubber grips on PS controllers have been tearing since the PS1 days. The Dualsense is definitely very innovative but it comes at a cost of 5.5-6k per year per controller, I'd personally prefer longevity over a niche feature which is not used effectively by 90% of 3rd party devs. Although, since your experience with the dualsense is extremely limited (if that) I understand why you would think so. Again, a laughable post that highlights the facts that you don't understand how OpCos work. Also, if you think MS is not audited annually, you must really think trillion dollar companies work like nukkad wala baniyas. There are audit trails for every transaction, there are controls and processes put in place by governing bodies and standards have to be maintained - just because they don't post segregated revenues, assuming that they are not audited is extremely callow of you. Sony: We have acquired Bungie ponies: Yess, Halo is ours!!! Sony owns Halo/Destiny now! We own the best looter shooter, yay! MS: Minecraft has added x amount to the xbox gaming divisions revenue also ponies: But that doesn't count, that is not xbox revenue!! raawrrr!!! the outrage!!!! Its so funny to see these so called analysts keep tripping over themselves

  20. That is why I compared it with Paystation, I meant XBX. If you really don't know what other multiple revenue streams can be generated by either of those then you seriously lack imagination, and I'm not here to teach Business 101. You can do your research or keep believing conglomerates like $ony and MS will continue to sink money into loss making hardware only to ride on game royalties and subscription
  21. If you think MS or even Paystation for that matter, are only making money from game sales and subscriptions, you are naïve, for the lack of a better term.
