At Microsoft’s Xbox One conference, DICE came on stage to show off brand new, glorious single player footage of Battlefield 4. They also announced timed exclusivity towards the Xbox One where the game’s first pack of DLC, Second Assault will be released on the Xbox One before it hits other platforms.
Last generation, it was the PS3 that used to receive Battlefield 3 DLC first, so I’m curious to see if DICE have severed all ties with Sony or if they still have some sort of content tie-up in the pipelines. Battlefield 4 releases November 1, 2013 for the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC. Xbox One and PS4 release dates for the game have not been announced.
