Sony: Dualshock 3 won’t work with Playstation 4

On the heels of the Playstation 4 announcement, Shuhei Yoshida, president of Sony’s Worldwide Studios, has confirmed that the Dualshock 3 controller won’t work with the PS4.

The new Dualshock 4 seems drastically different from the PS3’s Dualshock 3, and opens new ways for players to interact with it, including the built in touchpad and motion-sensing functionality

The PS3’s Move controller will, however, work with the PS4 even though Sony has revealed a new stereo camera (PS4 Eye) with the new console.
