Tyler Posted April 29, 2017 Report Share Posted April 29, 2017 Alright, finished it. Took me about 4 hours but at least 30-40 minutes of those were me retrying certain sections. Overall I definitely recommend it. However it does fall just short of greatness mainly because of some of the trial-and-error like scenarios. The checkpoints are also weirdly placed, sometimes too generous, other times too far apart. That said, it's a wonderful game. The story is mainly for you to figure out and create your own interpretation. There's no dialog in the game and everything is told visually and through gameplay. I absolutely adore the visual style of the game and some sections were heart-pounding. It is surely a creepy game but not overtly scary. The controls and platforming takes some time getting used to and I guess it's deliberately a bit clunky (you're a small person in big environments after all). Also, I think I finally figured out what the game reminds me of... music videos by the band TOOL. If you aren't familiar with their work then here's a sample...
