vinitwins Posted November 16, 2007 Report Share Posted November 16, 2007 played a ME for a couple of hours, it's strictly okay-ish so far - still nothing revolutionary. will give it a serious shot this weekend and report back. framerate slowdowns galore, texture popping is prevalent (especially at the start of a level/area), the combat system is decent, almost gives it a third person action game feel (squad controls are kinda useless), hacking is easy enough, but no real information is given about the penalty for a failed hack; the weapon & character upgrades are very noob friendly. the speech system is good, but it's NOT THAT BIG A DEAL as it's being made out to be...
