Codemasters teases Grid 2

After lots of hinting and several rounds of rumours, Codemasters is finally taking the lid off Grid 2.

The developer-publisher today unveiled a brief tease trailer that doesn’t reveal much aside from announcing 8^th August as the date for an official unveiling.

2008’s Grid remains one of this generation’s most well received racing games, blending simulation and arcade racing to near perfection, and fans have been clamouring for a sequel ever since.

While we’ve seen Dirt and F1 games releasing at regular intervals, Codemastars has taken over four years to announce Grid 2. It won’t be long before we find out what took them so long.
