Deadpool: The Game announcedPosted on Sunday, 15th July 2012 by Avinash Bali
Activision and High Moon Studios, developer of the recent Transformers games, have announced a Deadpool game called – wait for it – Deadpool: The Game. I’m not much of a comic book geek, so I had to take a quick trip to Wikipedia to learn who Deadpool actually is. Now the trailer definitely makes more sense to me.
Nolan North, the man who voiced Nathan Drake and a boatload of other video game characters, will be voicing “The Merc with a Mouth” (told you I read up on him) and it seems the game will blend melee as well as ranged combat into one over-the-top package.
Platforms haven’t been announced yet, but it’s safe to assume the game will be released on the PS3 and Xbox 360, with a PC or Wii U release somewhere down the line. Head over to the game’s official site for more on the game and a quick life lesson on why Chimichangas are awesome.activision / Deadpool / Deadpool: The Game / Deadpool: The Game gameplay / Deadpool: The Game release date / Deadpool: The Game trailer / high moon studios / ivg
