GOTY Winners: Best Multi-platform Game

Critics will tell you that Call of Duty: World at War‘s single player campaign was inconsistent and the multiplayer was an inferior version of Call of Duty 4. Fans will tell you the single player was breathtakingly intense and multiplayer sublimely balanced. What both will agree upon is that Treyarch finally delivered a game that (albeit flawed) will stand proudly alongside the rest of the series. Better yet, they managed to do an outstanding job of porting it over to all three major systems. Take a bow Treyarch. Honorable mention also goes to Dead Space, which was a close second in the votes (and incidentally was the IVG staff pick for the Multiplatform Game of the Year).
