Yakuza: Like a Dragon will be available in the West on Xbox One, Windows 10 PC, PlayStation 4, and Steam in November 2020 (Xbox Series X will release on day one of the console’s release date, and the PlayStation 5 version will release at a later date). The previously announced Day One Edition will now be called the Day Ichi (“one” in Japanese) Edition, and will be joined by the Hero and Legendary Hero editions, also available for pre-order on all platforms’ digital storefronts starting today.

Is Persona 5 or P5R harder to platinum?

By hard i mean the kind where you have easily missable collectable trophies where if you miss you have to start new game etc, those kinds.

P5 is 1k on PSN Sale and P5R is 2.6k, also on Plat do i get any rewards for P5, like for PS5 they were saying you get free themes and all.

No themes for P5 and P5 trophies are much harder to achieve than Royal. @roun90 might be able to help more I believe

Damn. Any tips would be appreciated. Should I focus on story first or do side mission side by side as well? I checked Powerpyx but if you can simplify it; it would be a great help. I’m also looking to plat it.

You can finish the story first if you want and do the side missions later since nothing is missable, but I would suggest do both simultaneously or else in the end you will be left with around 61 side missions which would end up feeling like a drag :P

Once story is done, liberate all the outposts and camps so that the map reveals all the undiscovered locations.

For collectibles you can unlock the skill with which the guiding wind will guide to your next shrine, fox den, bamboo strikes, etc. that you are missing, so no  need of any guide to be followed. ( Most probably, in the end you will be missing one haiku and one hot spring since they won't be marked in the map with the "?". Just talk to the lady near the spring and a hat guy near the mountain of Hiyoshi springs for both of them respectively).

Also do the Mythic Tales as soon as they are available, has some of the best quests in there and also unlocks crazy skills.

    You're done in 2 days? 30 hours? :O

Main quest line is around 15-20 hrs depending on how many side missions you do.
Doing 100% completion might take around 40-45 I believe.

  5. Done with the main story. GOTY for me :first:  The combat is simply one of the best I have played in recent times.
The graphics easily shits on every other open world game out there ( yes inc RDR just because of the variety in environment GoT has)

Small bugs here and there are present but nothing gamebreaking, similar to bugs which are pretty much present in every open world game.

Now off to side missions :scarerun:

@hope Use the bow. It makes combat more easier and fun. Especially after you get flame arrows. I personally don't like the armored spearman+armored dual swordsmen. Problem with spearmen is if you dodge, you dodge too far so you can't get back in time to get hits in before they put their guard up. Bows make it so much easier. Especially after you get the skills for fast reload/slow down time while aiming with a bow (Both you get really early, they are literally first skills in the bow tree). Use flame arrows and light them up. 1/2 shot them as they dance in flames. Works for leaders as well.

There is a skill if unlocked it will let you parry the spearmen attacks as well.

where did you buy it from?

I preordered the special edition from gameloot, but the chat bot guy told me yesterday that "no update on preorder bonuses"

I hope they email it upon delivery or something, the entire preorder bonus thing for sony is always so screwed up for some reasons

    Games the shop

BTW anyone with physical edition got pre-order bonus? I got the Standard Edition Physical, but it came with no codes for the pre-order bonuses.

Got the pre order bonus code in the mail

Which Breathe did you watch? I found it pretty slow and stretched out. There was no suspense, no feeling of thriller. 1st 2 episodes were good but after that makers pretty much failed to build on top of it.

Agree. Start was good then went downhill. Bad pacing. Bad scriptwriting. Season 1 was much better.

Is it ok to watch the Persona 5 anime and OVAs without playing the game ? :fear:

If i play the game later will it hamper the experience?

If you do plan on playing it later on, then don't.
